Important Details:

· Pick-up time: 4:30 – 5:00 am, depending on hotel location.

· Flight duration: Approximately 60 minutes (total experience lasts 3.5 to 4 hours).

· Lite refreshments served at the launch site which includes Tea, Coffee, Juices and cookies

· Post-flight, each guest receives a First Flight Certificate signed by the pilot as a mometo of the experience.

· Option to purchase photos and videos (subject to technical availability).

· Interaction with local villagers at the landing site.

· Return to hotel or desired location by approximately 8:30 – 9:00 am.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

· Bookings cancelled more than 15 days before the flight: No retention charge.

· Cancellations between 15 days and 72 hours prior to the flight: 25% retention charge.

· Cancellations within 72 hours of the flight: 100% retention charge.

· Full refund for cancellations due to unsuitable weather or operational issues.

· No refunds for non-appearance/non-availability of the passenger on the flight date.

· Rescheduling is possible if requested 5 days prior to the original flight date, with no refund unless the flight is cancelled due to weather or operational reasons.
